I presuppose I could get a honestly yearn mortgage (30 years?) for a low monthly payment. But then I'll be in indebtedness for a crave hour, and pay a bankroll of profit on interest. And all those thousands of dollars flourishing to the bank, I'd advance to lay out on my children - like redemptive up for them in an RESP, or fetching them to Florida, or what have you. I could market the outfit. But then what? I could buy a cheaper concern.
