First Friday Art Walk features new exhibits Nov. 4
FIRST FRIDAY ART WALK
New exhibits open in more than 20 area galleries from 5 to 9 p.m. the first Friday of each month. Free trolley rides are offered along King Street and throughout downtown to art walk locations. The art walk is sponsored by Art Galleries of St. Augustine (AGOSA). Go to artgalleriesofstaugustine.com .

Nov. 4: Shannon McKay, the principal organist of the Cathedral-Basilica, will be the guest artist for the the First Friday Art Walk concert. The concert will begin at 6 p.m. in the Cathedral-Basilica, 38 Cathedral Place. Her program will consist of Buxtehude’s “Prelude,” Fugue and Chaconne in C major.” “Variations on the hymn tune: Aberystwyth” by Vaughn Williams, Bach’s “Prelude and Fugue in G major,” Simon Preston’s “Alleluyas,” and other musical works by Nicolas Lebegue and Enrico Bossi. The concert is open to the public and a free-will offering will be taken.
