IN the Wirral Premier Cup third round, Houlihan’s Birkenhead Sunday League Premier Division side Brow FC progressed to the last eight.

Brow had two goals from Jack Ford and singles from John Harrison and Daniel Parnell as they battled back from two down to win 4-3 against Big House.

Kieran Delaney hit a hat-trick for Wellington (Ally Major, Joe Robbo) as they knocked Upton Villa out 5-4 and James Atherton scored the only goal as Queens Park defeated Neston.

Adam Lea hit four for Shore Villa (Leigh Carter, Carl Clampitt) in a 6-2 result at Wirral Sportsmans Arms and Stirrup Sports & Social (Paul Devey 2, Mike Devey, Michael Carroll) beat Saddle Club 4-0.

Rock Ferry Social (Atkinson 2, K Jones) went out 7-3 at Poulton Royal.
