The most likely scenario is that he invited someone back to his room. If it was female then she had an accomplice who arrived and overtook him but most likely it was a male who overpowered him, bound him, strangled him from behind, then robbed him. It’s not my intention to stereotype male flight attendants but this is the most likely turn of events. Unless the woman was VERY strong, she could not have overpowered him and bound him and have the strength to strangle him. Do a cursory Google search of how many women actually strangle men to death. When women kill men, it’s usually an act of passion and when it’s not a passive murder (poison), a weapon of some kind is almost always employed. I ceased ALL travel to Mexico almost 4 years ago when the drug wars, kidnappings, and murder of young Mexican women came to light.It is VERY dangerous in all parts now and tourists are no longer off-limits. More than anything else, THIS (not, “they’re stealing our jobs”) is what drives my insistence that we seal our borders because this violence is now spilling over into U.S, border towns and drug lords have been menacing, threatening,and killing U.S. law enforcement officers. This has to stop, it is a clear and present danger to our safety.
