Rezidor has revealed a special 4-course dinner menu which will be served at a special, limited-time dining event at its Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel in Spa, Belguim.
On two separate evenings, the hotel in Spa will be visited by Yves Mattagne, head of the famous Sea Grill restaurant, located at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Brussels. He will prepare a 4-course dinner in collaboration with Lionel Richard, Executive Chef at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel's restaurant Entre Terre & Mer.
Lionel is a student of Chef Yves Mattagne at the Sea Grill. Being the pupil of a two Michelin star chefs, he had the chance to develop within the Rezidor hotel group. He joined the restaurant Entre Terre & Mer at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel in Spa in 2005. Lionel Richard's own restaurant Entre Terre & Mer has, as the name suggests, a cuisine based on local produce and seafood.
